He is survived by: his children, Jayson Sampson and Amber Sampson; his stepdaughters, Lisa Cotton (George Fraser), Sharon Thurrott (Chris) and Nicole Snair; his grandchildren, Rachel, Emily and Andrew; and his sisters, Violet and Bernice. He is also survived by nephews, extended family and friends.
