She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McFadden and Donna McFadden (Brown). She is survived by: her children, Annette (Chris), Amanda (Greg), Arlene (Dan) and Raymond (Heidi); her husband Raymond (Olsen Perry); her grandchildren, Devin Smith (Bridget), Kyle Smith (Hannah), Dylan Smith, Cameron Smith (Tomi), Colby Smith, Ashley (Lachlan), Whalen, Gregory Belliveau-Perry, Mason Pyke, Riley Pyke, Lucas Pyke and Hunter Perry; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Everett, Oliver, Iris, Shea Bennett and Fearghus; and her siblings, Edward McFadden (Janet), Jo-Ann Calder (Jack) and Valerie Brown (Glenn). She is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
