She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Maudina; her former husbands, Alex Maillet and John Wheeler; her son Dale Maillet; and her grandson Joshua Howe.
She is survived by: her parent Dorothy MacDonald Maudina (Young); her daughter Dorothy Halverson; her son-in-law Don McCartney of Springhill; and her close friends, LeEllen Klippinstine and Ernie Klippinstine. She is also survived by six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
