She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden James and Muriel Langille (Jamieson); her husband Reginald "Rud"; her son Francis; and her siblings, Donald (Joyce), Hugh (Jane), Peter, Peg Shea, Geraldine Hodges (Lewis) and Bertha Legere (Ed).

She is survived by: her children, Kelly of Amherst, Stephen Osmond (Michelle) and Jacki of Gulf Shore; her sister Barbara Osmelak (Bob) of Moose Jaw, SK; and her grandchildren, Matthew Moffatt, Marci Osmond, Cal Osmond (Jen), Brent Osmond (MJ) and Melissa Smith (Ryan). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Marian may be made to LA Animal Shelter or Canadian Cancer Society.
