She is survived by: her spouse Gorley Kempt; her siblings, John, Josephine (Melanson), Owen and Willena; her children, William G. Kempt (Beverly Kendall) of Pugwash, NS and Betty Ellen Kempt (Daniel Hiltz) of Hammond's Plains, NS.; her grandchildren, Erica Hiltz (Laine Green), Kelley Hiltz (Jamie Cameron), Maylia Kempt (Jeff Parker) and Erin Kempt (Michael Sutherland); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Mattias Parker, Benjamin, Lila Sutherland and Henry.
