He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Rushton; and his brothers, Wayne, Everett and Frederick. He is survived by: his mother Myrna Rushton (Trenchard); his children, Peter Beale, Mike Fury, Jacqueline Danielle Rushton and Dylan Ellsworth; and his brothers, Robin Black (Kelly), Ivan (Melinda Moore), David (Chantal), Roger and Byard (Sabrina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
