She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Ryan and Margaret Ryan (Hunter); her daughter Jessica; and her siblings, Charles, Patrick, Edna, Bonnie, Helen and Elizabeth.

She is survived by: her children, Pat Ryan (Delores), Kathleen Sorensen of Nanaimo, BC, Johnny Simons, JoAnne Griffon (Alan), Portapique, Mike Simons (Sylvia) and Sandra Simons (Barry); and her grandchildren, Angela Ryan Bourgeois, Charles Ryan, Cory Francis, Marion Ripley, Jeffery Clarke, Daniel Clarke, Jack Sorensen, Nicholas Sorensen, Jennifer Simons, Barbara Simons, Fraser Griffon, Peter Griffon, Ryan Simons, Jacob Rogers and Joseph Currie. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
