He is survived by: his brother Richard Elliott (Marlene) of Port Howe, NS; his half-siblings, Mike Elliott of Ottawa, Ken Elliott (Jennifer) of Ottawa and Wendy Elliott (Paul Hicks) of Ottawa; his stepmother Ruth Elliott of Ottawa; and his nieces, Tricia Elliott, Amy, Jessie, Olivia and Emma Elliott of Ottawa.
