She was predeceased by: her parents, William MacKeigan and Mabel MacKeigan (MacDougall); her husband Garnet Keith Skidmore; her siblings, Elaine Ferneyhough (Raymond), Thane and Corinne; and her brother-in-law Joe Smolenaar.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Skidmore (Adel Gilbert) and Corinne Bakes (Peter); her grandchildren, Amanda Skidmore (Luc Sirois), Cory Skidmore (Dominique Gordon), Joshua Reid (Jordan Forsythe), Miranda Reid, Marie Baird, Christie Bakes (John Galway) and Traci Bakes (Brendan Ambrose); her great grandchildren, Logan, Levi, Layton, Chase, Ryder, Cas, Gunner, Jezebella, Asher, Everett, Liam, Matthew and Sophie; her brother Frank MacKeigan (Shauna); and her sister-in-law Carol Wilson (Allen).
