She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Gabriel; her children, Jerry Silvea, Ronald Silvea and Lucille; and her husbands, Wesley William Silvea and Tony MacDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Silvea (Donna) of Springhill, Eunice Chaulk (Gary) of Springhill, Denise Hunter (Roy) of Springhill, Edith Ferdinand (Fred) of Ontario and Louise Greaves (Al) of Ontario; and her sisters, Lourena Ashe of Springhill, Hilda Pye of Halifax and Arvilla Anderson of Ontario. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
