It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen D. Wood of Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen D. Wood to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Deane Fillmore and Darlene Fillmore (Herrett); her granddaughter Lisa Howard; her brother Glen Fillmore; and her half-siblings, Doris Legrow, Elaine Rector, Dorothy Hede and Kenneth Fillmore.
She is survived by: her husband John Wood of Springhill, NS; her children, Coralee Howard (Chris) and Tony Wood (Paulette) of Wentworth, NS; her stepgrandson Brad St. John; her great grandchildren, Chelsea and Gavin Lloy; and her brothers, Allan Fillmore (Joyce) and Brian Fillmore (Deborah). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
