He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henwood and Ethel Henwood (Graham); and his brothers, Victor, Ralph and Cyril.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Canning; his daughters, Evelyn Gallagher (David), Deborah Park (Hollis) and Susan MacKenzie (Kenneth); his sisters, Muriel Brine, Christina Summers and Olive Holland; and his grandchildren, Kirk Gallagher (Barb), Ted Gallagher, Stephenie Park, Shelley Park, Freddy Park, Nick Kendrick (Rylie) and Ben Kendrick. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 2 pm.
