He is survived by: his wife Effie Carter; his children, Laurie (Sandy Plante), Stevely (Brenda), Russell (Nicole Downing), Todd (Eva Jean) and Linda Trites (Jim); his grandchildren, Bridgette, Russell, Jennifer, Brandon, Seamus, Liam, Scott and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Vanessa, Evan, Nora, Miller, Hendrick, Brooklyn, Grace and Brody; his sisters, Evelyn Maddison and Frances Wood; and his aunts, Joyce, Jackie and Nicole.
