She is survived by: her parent Stella Allen (Whalen); her children, Barbara Fraser, Cheryl Cliffe (Gerald), Donna Guthro (Dwight) and Frank Bailey (Kim); her grandchildren, Carrie Williams (Paul), Gerald Cliffe Jr. (Chrissy), Heather Guthro (Brian), Sarah Guthro, Taylor Bailey (Kursten), Monica Snowden (Denny), Heidi Fraser and David Fraser (Carolyn); her siblings, Mary Brown, Frank Allen (Joan) and Richard Allen Besides (Faith); her husband Lawrence Bailey; and her son-in-law Carl Fraser.
