She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Burton and Georgina Burton (DeVine); her husband Cyril; and her siblings, Evelyn Pyke, Betty Adams, Joyce Burton, Leona Aniol, Margaret Cox, Shirley Ann Burton, Donald, Clayton, Dennis and John Edward.
She is survived by: her sons, Carson (Dianne) of Ottawa and David of Amherst; her grandchildren, Anne Marie Harman (Murray) and Ross Henwood (Agata); her great grandchildren, Jenna (Jordan) and Luke; and her brothers, Simon of Port Elgin, ON and Pat (Marianne) of Saint John, NB. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in Eileen's memory may be made to the Amherst YMCA, or the St. Andrew's-Wesley United Church.
