With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell B. Babineau of Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 4, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Babineau and Louise Babineau (Davis); his daughter Robin Babineau; his great grandchild Amelia Marie Rose; and his siblings, Murray, Bill, Doug, Margorie Christensen and Carol Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Debby Babineau (Rushton); his daughter Crystal Babineau-Ryan (Vaughn); his brother Herb Babineau of Springhill; his grandchildren, Zachary Babineau (Lindsey) of Springhill, Shelby Ryan (Drake) of Springhill, Zoe Nyitai-Hacz of Springhill and Bella Ryan (Jonah) of Springhill; his great grandchildren, Felix, Archer, Savannah and Levi; and his siblings-in-law, Royce Rushton (Jannis) of Springhill, Roy Rushton (Rochelle) of Springhill, Angus Hunter (Susan) of Springhill, Barbara Babineau of Springhill, Connie Babineau of Springhill and Ronda Weatherbee (Bill) of Springhill. He is also survived by many nieces and other nephews.
A Celebration of his Life will be held in the nearest future when Covid-19 allows gatherings of 50+ people again.
