With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christena P. Summers (Springhill, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henwood and Ethel Henwood (Graham); her husband Ken Summers; her former husband Earl Carter; and her son-in-law Eric Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene, Brian Carter (Cathy) and Cole Harbour; her grandchildren, Karina Gagnon (Michael), Craig (Dayna), Matthew Carter (Heidi), Halifax Co and Geoffrey Carter (Juli); her great grandchildren, Braedon, Julia Gagnon, Evan, Nathan Anderson, Garritt, Maverick, Landyn Carter, Zoe and Callie Carter; and her siblings, Olive Holland of Maple Ridge, BC., Victor, Ralph, Cyril, Muriel Brine and Harold.
