She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Martin; her parents, Onwri Brown and Mamie Brown (MacAloney-Sears); and her brother Mark Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Bourgeois (Carol), Amherst Bourgeois and Jeff Bourgeois (Angelia); her grandchildren, Brandon, Alicia, Brittany and Morgan; her nephew Ken Moore (Mary Ann) of San Jose, CA; and her close friends, Art, Connie, Mike and Nancy.

Donations in memory of Bayna may be made to the Southampton Cemetery.
