With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Smith (Springhill, Nova Scotia), born in Dominion, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 29, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her son Roderick; and her siblings, Donald, James, Allister, Harold, Louise, Georgie and Isabell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Simpson (Wally) of Truro, NS and Barbara Murray (Dave); her grandchildren, Peter Simpson (Julie) of Gatineau, PQ, Jill Belliveau (Justin), Lydia Simpson, Ryan Murray (Shauna), Stephanie Murray and Kyle Murray; her great grandchildren, Haylee, Chloe, Romain, Jules, Paige and Aiden; and her siblings, Catherine MacNeil of Amherst, NS and Kenneth Burden of Halifax, NS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Anna may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
