He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Johannas (Ardiana Van Dommelen) and Grampy. He is survived by: his wife Lori Rose; his in-laws, James and Wilma Rose; his parents, Anne Dommelen and Andrew Van Dommelen; his siblings, Julie Van Dommelen-Brown, Aimee Van Dommelen (Orin) and Andy Van Dommelen (Lori); his close friend Cory Bradbury; his grandchildren, Wilfred, Martha Jones and Tante Jane (Pinhorn); his uncles, William (Van Dommelen) and Hank Heukshorst; his friend James Gillis; and his cousin Hudson Beresford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and countless great friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. J. Dooley Funeral Service Ltd. (107 Pleasant St, North Sydney, NS B2A1L9). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 8:00 PM at the Southside Boularderie Fire Hall (3840 Hillside Boularderie Rd, Southside Boularderie, NS B1Y2R2).
