As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Brenda Doreen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. W.'Jack' Ritchie and Marjorie Ritchie (Frail); her sons, Jonathan and Mark of Caledonia; her close friends, Linda and Jim Dobson; and also Queena Waterman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the South Brookfield Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at 9793 highway 8, Caledonia, Nova Scotia.
No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the South Brookfield Union Cemetery, South Brookfield Zion Baptist Church or charity of choice.
