He was predeceased by: his parent Alton Preeper; and his siblings, Theresa Theil, Doris, Thelma, Leroy, Rita and Aubrey.
He is survived by: his parent Nora Maude Preeper (Isenor); his wife Peg; his children, Bill (Kathy Wallace) and Shelley (Allan Young); his grandchildren, Jamie, Benjie (Shawna), Jonathan, Emily and Owen; his great grandchildren, Elias and Levi; and his siblings, Nina Turner, Allan Preeper, Sheila Newman, Dorothy Perrott and Elwood "Jeep" Preeper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
