He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Syliboy and Mary Alice Syliboy (Paul); his sons, Luke and Stephen; his sister Victorine Syliboy; and his former wives, Dianne Morrison and Beverly Julian.

He is survived by: his sons, John, Whycogomagh, Vincent Jr. (Shelby) and Millbrook; his grandchildren, Deon, Nevin, Haley and Aubrey; his daughter Ingrid Brooks; and his siblings, Alexandrine Paul, Bernie Syliboy (Cheryl), Sarah Boutilier (Ronnie), Bernadette Syliboy, Sharon Boutilier (Carl), Peter Syliboy (Lorie), Andrew Syliboy and Catherine Tomer (Chad). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; 9 godchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
