She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter MacPhee and Florence MacPhee (McCully). She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Peter Archibald (Alechia), Marianna Thomson (Scott) and Billie Sue Hollett (Pat); and her grandchildren, Allie, Carling, Bayley, Colby, Abigail, Mathew and Nathaniel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
