We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2018, Sydney Robert McConnell (Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia), born in Davidson, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Robert McConnell; his siblings, Tom and Sandra Krawciw; his sister-in-law Delores; his niece Cindy; his nephews, Kevin and Curtis; and his stepfather Robert Craib.

He is survived by: his parent Laurie McConnell (Barclay); his significant other Bonnie Smith (Bon); his children, Kirk McConnell (Tanya), Lauri Humeniuk (Scott), Thomas McConnell (Kaitlyn) and Clem McConnell; his stepson Michael; his grandchildren, Emily, Sullivan, Mack and Koby; his stepgrandchildren, Cali, Jennifer, Nigel and Nicole; and his siblings, Terry McConnell (Sylvia), Bob McConnell (Karla), Joan McConnell and Ginny McConnell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
