We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Ann Sack of Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia, born in Truro, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Isaac Sack and Mary Elizabeth Sack (Syliboy); her daughter Mary Sack-Amro; her grandchildren, Zachary Sack-Amro, Samia Sack-Amro, Jack Lewis and Brandon McDonald; and her siblings, Elizabeth Gehue, Susan Knockwood, Evelyn Ann Sack and Louis James Sack.

She is survived by: her children, Chris Sack (Stacey Peter-Paul), Joey Sack (Brittany) and Sandra Sack; her grandchildren, Chris Jr., Brittney, Shyann, Brooke, Dallas, Storm, Hayden, Sabrina, Emily, Sadie, Rylan, Mila, Justice, Ryan, Alyssa, Alex and Anna; her sister Harriett Knockwood; and her godchildren, Henry Sack and Jenny Knockwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

“We are not sure if this is too late to add, but we just learned of Shirley Sack's passing. My mom, Marjorie Donovan was in the same home with Shirley. Shirley had a wonderful wit and personality and my wife and I loved stopping by and paying her a visit. She was very sad when mom passed away. We did take the time a couple of times in the past couple of years to drop by and bring Shirley a treat but hadn't done so in many months now. Our sincere condolences to the entire family. Wayne Johnson.”
