He is survived by: his children, Matthew James Julian and Samantha Bernard; his siblings, Martin Bernard Jr., Robert Bernard, Charlotte Bernard and Linda Bernard; his stepmother Mary Lou Bernard; and his stepsisters, Janice Paul and Vanessa Copage. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
