He is survived by: his mother Victoria Howe Higgins; his stepfather Patrick Higgins; his wife Sheila; his children, Shane and Vanessa; his granddaughter Evelyn; his sister Louise Paul; and his mother-in-law Melda Morash (Mike). He is also survived by her four children; many half brothers.
