It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leigh Munroe Fraser (Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia), born in Belnan, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richmond Fraser and Helen Fraser (Isenor); his brother Wayne; his close friend Flora Ashley-Peck; his son-in-law Dave Freeman; and his brother-in-law Tony Prokopowich.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie (Frank), Cathy, Peter and Donnie (Kathy); his granddaughters, Danielle, Helen (Jordan) and Zoshia (Chris); his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Zachary; his siblings, Sylvia and Allan (Gail); and his sister-in-law Gail. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
