He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rafters and Mary Rafters; his grandson Tyler; his stepchildren, Tim and Tracey; his pets, Tinker and Buddy; and his siblings, Teresa, Marilyn, Doug, Cyril, Frank and David.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Connie (Mel) and Kent; and his stepsons, Terry (Krista) and Phillip (Linda). He is also survived by grandchildren and great children and many extended family.
