He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Sack and William "Bill" Lewis; his grandmother Shirley Sack; his siblings, Alyssa Lewis, Ryan Sack, Alexander Sack-Redden, Dakota, Adria and William; his nephews, Bentley, Easton, Angelo and Shawn; his aunt Violet; his uncle Bo; his godchildren, Mia and Aryiz; and his godparents, Chris and Marie Sack.
