He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Sack and Annie Brooks (Googoo); and his siblings, Peter, Leo, Carl, Beverley Sack, Catherine Willis and Gloria Jean Sack.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jane Brooks and Gilbert Brooks; and his sister-in-law Lyn Sack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
