He is survived by: his children, Tracy Levy (Todd), KerriAnn Elliott (Jason) and Stephen Miller (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Carly Levy Blenkhorn (Kent), Rylee Levy, Connor Elliott, Luke Miller and Wyatt Elliott; and his great grandchild Alister Levy Blenkhorn.
