She was predeceased by: her father Rexford McKeil; her husband Charles Leroy O'Toole; her son Malcolm O'Toole; her grandchildren, Christopher and Sara; her brother Alan McKeil; and her sons-in-law, Keith Bourgeious and Kirk Nutter.

She is survived by: her mother Ruby McKeil (Spares); her children, Kathryn Bourgeois, Sharon Nutter, Hollis O'Toole (Karen), Joyce O'Toole (Dave Ivany) and Murray O'Toole; her daughter-in-law Kathy O'Toole; and her siblings, Douglas McKeil and Ada Campbell. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
