He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Colliar and Mary Ann Colliar (Duncan). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Colliar, Elspeth Colliar and Marion MacDonald (Gerald); his nephews, Ryan and Tyler; his great-niece Heather; and his cousins, Morag and Ian Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit.
