He was predeceased by: his parents, David Moore and Marion Moore (Fraser); his siblings, Frances Helperd (Lorne), Clara Geddes (Eddy), Margaret Martini (Freddie), Mary Sawdon (Bill), Barbara Faulkner (Robert) and Henry (Marie); and his granddaughter Morgan Jamie-Lee Angevine.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Ingraham); his children, Debbie (Michael), Denise and Douglas; his granddaughter Josie; his sisters, Eleanor Frame and Anna Ruth Moore; and also, Karen and Lisa (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of David may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
