He is survived by: his mother Eloise Withrow (Gower); his wife Cindy (Hilchie); his daughter Hannah (Carter); his brothers, Bill (Sarah) and Brian (Cyndy); his cousins, Harold Withrow (Christine) and Ruth Grant (John); his uncle Murray; and his aunt Eileen Barkhouse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
