He was predeceased by: his mother Effie Hirtle; his former wife Mary; his wife Jeanette; his son Peter; and his brother Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, MaryAnn McCormick, Theresa Rafuse, Darlene Publicover (Ron), Stephen Joudrey (Denise), Doris Hatter (Tim), Stephanie Chadbourn (Joe), Cynthia MacDonald (Bruce) and Donald Joudrey; his stepchildren, Chris Fowler, Neil Fowler and Peggy Holland (Tom); and his sisters, Doris, Marjorie, Alma, Evelyn and Maxine. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
