She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Gates and Kathleen Gates (Hanlon); her husband Gregory; and also, Seward and Dorothy Bouchie.

She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Johnson (David); her granddaughter Lauren; and her sisters, Olive Rossong and Monica "Tootie" Gates. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
