With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Christine McGrath (Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 2, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Slater and Nellie Slater (Sangster); her former husband Rev. Arthur McGrath; her husband George McGrath; her sons, Mark (Anita), Russell and Allison; her siblings, Douglas Slater (Eileen), Dorothy MacKenzie (Al), Eva Cullen (Fred), Rose Hart (Clayton) and Erna Webster (Phil); and her brothers-in-law, George McGrath (Kathleen), Charles McGrath (Maude), Leigh McGrath, John McGrath and Robert McGrath.
She is survived by: her children, Tim (Lana), Jordanville, Cliff (Jane) of Campbell River, B. C., Dave (Marilyn) of Black Creek, B. C. and Cheryl (Matt); and her sisters-in-law, Ruth McGrath and Phyllis McGrath. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren.
