It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Lucille Bernard of Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Levy and Hazel Levy (Zinck); her former husband Melbourne Walters; her husband Victor Bernard; her son Dale Walters; and her great grandchild Silas Walters.
She is survived by: her friend Daniel MacIntosh; her children, Delores Fralick (Albert), Captain David Walters, Eric Walters (D. Lynn) and Garden Lots; her brother Dr. Eric Levy (Heather); and her daughters-in-law, Wendy Walters (Gary), Garden Lots, Cynthia Stevens and Second Peninsula. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
