He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Seel and Mary Seel (LeRoux); his wife Theresa; and his niece Candy. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Seel of Ontario, Percy Seel of Ontario and Judie Pepper (Mike); his nieces, Sherrye Ryan (Gary) and Susan Seel; and his nephew Robert Pepper (Rachel). He is also survived by grandnephews, grandnieces and one great-grandnephew.
