He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Vertal and Margaret Elizabeth (Holmes); his wife Marjorie Jeffrey (Hilton); his siblings, Florence Sabean (Fred), Fenwick Jeffrey (Laura) and Phillip Jeffrey (Helen); his daughter-in-law Mary Jane Jeffrey (Michael); his sons, Michael (Shon) and Peter (Linda); his grandchildren, Sarah Hamilton (Christopher), Nicholas Jeffrey (Lynnette), Andrea Jeffrey (Eric Landry) and Barbara Hibbs (William); his great grandchildren, Owen Landry, Hazel Landry and Felix Jeffrey; and his siblings, Helen Burgess (Raymond), Amy Racine (Phillip) and George Jeffrey (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
