Violet Kathleen Blades Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Kathleen Blades (Shelburne, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lamrock and Stella Lamrock (Garron); her grandson John Fowler; and her siblings, Fran Lamrock, Larry, Harold (Hutch) and Karl.
She is survived by: her husband Glendon; her children, Tommy Blades (Joey) and Teresa Benoit (Richard Thorburne); her grandson Nathan Benoit (Amanda); her great grandchild Elliot Benoit; her stepgrandson Keidon Benoit; and her siblings, Edith Lamrock, Villagedale, Mary Presley and Donnie Lamrock (Villagedale). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Rosalin Nickerson Care Fund or any charity of choice.
