Ruby Bower Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Ruby Bower (Shelburne, Nova Scotia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben "Ashton" and Sarah "Sadie" Harris (Ryer); her siblings, Clinton, Douglas and Ina Harris; and her son Lawrence Clifford Bower.

She is survived by: her significant other James Colbert; and her daughters, Rosalie Selig, Dorothy Penney (Raymond), Upper Clyde and Joan Bower-Parent. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 17 great, great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and 1 nephew, as well as several great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial donation in her memory can be made to South Shore Wildlife Association or the Upper Clyde Social Club.
