He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathleen Marie Kenney (Shand) and Ernest Clarence Kenney; his wife Beulah Christine Kenney (Chetwynd); his brother William; his children, Elaine H. C. Kenney and Ernest Ralston Kenney; his granddaughters, Jocelyn M. R. Goreham and Jacqueline E. D. Foley; his great grandchildren, Emma E. Foley and Owen W. Foley; and also, Edith, Sarah, Phyllis, Beatrice and Blanche.
Proof of double vaccination and the wearing of masks are mandatory at both visitation and service.
