He was predeceased by: his parent Enos Elliott; and his siblings, Ralph, Harold, Eugene, Mildred Fralick and Laura Ellen.
He is survived by: his parent Juena Madeline (Jean); his brother Osborne Harbour; and also, Perry and North East Harbour. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
