She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Buchanan and Norma Buchanan (Whynot); and her siblings, Janice and Leon. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her son Brian (Connie); her grandchildren, Jennifer and Adam (Courtney); her great grandchild Lily; her daughter Sandra Gail (Paul); her granddaughters, Megan (Dylan) and Kayla (Jake); her son Ralph (Tara); her grandchildren, Emma, Rogan and Reece; and her brother Richard (Wanda).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shelburne Volunteer Fire Department in memory of Lorraine.
