It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Arnold Abbott of Shelburne, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Abbott and Inez Abbott (Goodwin); his wife Agnes; his daughters, Karen Locke (Sinclair) of Shelburne, Wanda Reid (Bruce) of Shelburne and Marilyn Biggerstaff (Neil); his stepson Laurie "Peter" Goodwin Shelburne (Kim); his sisters, Marilyn McNeil and Gladys Williams; his son Ricky Abbott; and his stepson Charles Goodwin. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.

It has been requested family flowers only and donations in his memory can be made to the Upper Sandy Point Cemetery or to Roseway Hospital.
