She was predeceased by: her parent William Sperry; her husband Norman; her son Clayton; her stepfather Alexander Belong; her daughter-in-law Janice (Cotter); her siblings, Leslie Earle, Irvin Franklyn, Arden Francis and Hilda Ruth Scott; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Demings, Diane Sperry and Alvin Goulden.

She is survived by: her parent Kennetha Sperry Belong (Williams); her children, Allen (Diane), Pictou, Patricia Darling of Shelburne, Linda Thomas (Bruce) of Thomasville, Michael (Darlene), Mary Bower (Alex) of Jordan Bay, Robert (Catharine), Halifax and Barbara of Upper Tantallon; her half-brother Martin Wamback; and her siblings-in-law, Harry Goulden (Barbara) of Shelburne, Sharon Goulden of Sandy Point and Stan Demings of Roseway Manor. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
